Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Baku to attend the 7th summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia. The Baku Declaration is expected to be adopted, and Laos may become a full member. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, on the sidelines of the summit Lavrov discussed relations with the US and the situation around Iran and Ukraine with Wang Yi. Turkey is represented by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
