Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan welcomed Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at Zvartnots Airport, the Armenian government reports. He arrived in Armenia to take part in the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17). On October 16, he will attend the leaders' summit to be held in Yerevan as part of COP17.
