French experts train Armenian police guard officers

Experts from the French National Police held tactical courses on public order maintenance at the Police Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from September 22 to October 9. Participants learned approaches to crowd management, preventing mass riots and detaining offenders. At the end, Guard Commander Hayk Babayan received Vincent Ehrhard, a representative of the French Ministry of the Interior.
