Workers at the Hrazdan Cement plant are holding a protest. Protest participant Levon Kakosyan, who says he is to become the plant's director after the deal, stated that the deal concerning the plant keeps being delayed. According to one of the workers, they are waiting for the plant to reopen, and if it operates, cement will become cheaper.
