Nice Mayor Éric Ciotti announced that he will put forward an initiative to grant honorary citizenship of the city to 20 Armenian prisoners from Artsakh held in Baku, and demanded their immediate release. Photographs of the prisoners have been placed on the façade of the city hall. A ceremony of support was held in front of the building, and the meeting that followed also heard speeches from CDCA representative Anguine Kirakosyan and historian Jean-Christophe Buisson.
