Austria's Foreign Ministry has declared four Russian diplomats persona non grata and is expelling them: three staff members of the Russian embassy in Vienna and one of Russia's permanent mission to the OSCE. According to the ministry, the decision was based on information from security agencies, and their activities were incompatible with diplomatic status. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky said Moscow would respond.
