Ministry and benefactor Davit Tonoyan sign memorandum on Havuts Tar

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and benefactor Davit Tonoyan have signed a memorandum of cooperation on the preservation and restoration of the Havuts Tar monastic complex in Kotayk Province. Under the agreement, the benefactor will fund the study of the monument and the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation. The ministry will review the designs and issue the necessary permits.
