In 2005, Saghatelyan founded the news website panorama.am. As of September 2025, he holds 49% ownership of Panorama AM LLC. MOM Armenia describes Panorama Am LLC as the owner of the panorama.am website and states that Armen Tavadyan held a 49% stake in it from 2018 to 2021, acquired from and returned to Ara Saghatelyan.

From 2018 to 2021, he held a 49% stake in Panorama Am LLC, the owner of the panorama.am website; he acquired this stake from Ara Saghatelyan and returned it to him in 2021. The beneficial-ownership declaration of «ՊԱՆՈՐԱՄԱ ԷՅԷՄ» LLC (Latin name 'Panorama am', reg. no. 278.110.04310), confirmed on 17 February 2026, lists Ara Saghatelyan with a 49% direct share (beneficial owner since November 2021).
