According to the Prosecutor General's Office, since December 2025, 238 illegally built buildings and structures have been dismantled on 81 plots on the shore of Lake Sevan below the 1,905-metre absolute elevation mark, based on motions filed by the prosecutor.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on November 3 at the Eurasian Security Conference in Minsk that, in his view, the war in Ukraine will end in the coming months because "everyone is tired." He said that if the conflict is not halted, the world will face a third world war.
