Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Edvard Asryan told journalists on November 4 that work is under way to prevent deaths of servicemen, but did not go into detail, saying it would take a long time. According to him, an interagency working group has been set up. Asryan cited interpersonal relations, financial and health problems, and road accidents as causes.
