Tokayev welcomes Armenia-Azerbaijan reconciliation process

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed the reconciliation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan at the 7th CICA Summit in Baku. He said that the rapprochement of the two countries after decades of conflict opens new prospects for links between East and West. Tokayev proposed jointly developing a transport connectivity strategy and exploring the potential of regional corridors, including the Middle Corridor and the TRIPP initiative.
