Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan said on October 16, on the sidelines of the COP17 leaders' summit, that he regards Armenia-Russia relations as brotherly, the discussions as constructive and the problems as solvable. He noted that EAEU documents contain no mechanism for expelling a member and that the decision on choosing between the EU and the EAEU must be made by the people.
