State to subsidize interest rates on loans for energy storage batteries

Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan announced on his Facebook page that the state will subsidize interest rates on loans and leasing for purchasing electricity storage batteries for solar plants. According to the minister, for leasing the subsidy will be 10 percent for dram-denominated and 8 percent for foreign-currency financing, and for loans 8 and 6 percent respectively. The financing term can be up to 84 months.
