Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan met with UN World Food Programme representative Matthew Hollingworth on October 19 on the sidelines of COP17. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the minister presented reforms in disaster risk management and the state material reserves system. The sides agreed to expand cooperation on joint exercises and capacity building.
