Witkoff and Kushner to join Ukraine talks with Zelensky in Oslo

The Norwegian government announced that US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will join talks on Ukraine between Zelensky, Støre and Stubb in Oslo on October 20 at Kyiv's request. Witkoff will travel to Oslo, while Kushner will take part via video link. According to Axios, the aim is to draft a peace proposal to be presented to Russia, and Witkoff then hopes to meet Putin.
