French Justice Minister Gérald Darmanin said on Europe 1 radio that the arson of the historic Limoges town hall building could be classified as terrorism. According to him, the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office has joined the investigation as an observer, and far-left radicals may be behind the arson. According to the prefecture, the building's 43-metre tower collapsed during the unrest on October 17.
