Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said the first tanker carrying Russian diesel fuel will leave port for the United States on October 22. The tanker has a capacity of 40,000 tonnes. According to Novak, the signing of supply contracts is in its final stage, and further shipments will follow. The deliveries are linked to agreements reached during the October 9 phone call between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.
