The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put up for public discussion a draft that proposes revising fines and penalty points for traffic violations. For parking in the second or third row and at stops in the capital, a fine of 20,000 drams and 1 penalty point is envisaged instead of 5,000 drams. The fine for violating the rules for transporting children under 12 will rise by the same amount.
