According to Azerbaijani media, the Azerbaijani who crossed the Armenian border, reportedly a shepherd, has been returned to Azerbaijan. The Armenian side has not officially confirmed the report; the National Security Service urged journalists to send a written inquiry. Earlier, the National Security Service had confirmed that the Azerbaijani citizen had crossed the border and that steps were being taken to return him.
