NSS: Azerbaijani citizen found in Tavush returned to Azerbaijan

According to the NSS, Azerbaijani citizen Kasimov Yashar Ali Oghlu, who had crossed into Armenian territory after losing the way and was found in Tavush Province, was returned to Azerbaijan on October 24 and handed over to that country's competent authorities. According to Azerbaijani sources, the shepherd crossed the border while drunk, while sources in Berd community claim the shepherd crossed carrying a white flag in order to surrender.
