Independent Observer cites 53 violations at 222 local election precincts

According to the Independent Observer alliance, during the October 25 local self-government elections observers visited 222 polling stations and recorded 53 violations and 2 cases of conflict situations. Ten of the violations concerned the secrecy of the vote. According to the alliance, the morning session started late at 27% of polling stations. According to different reports, the data were presented as of 10:30 or 11:30.
