Akanates flags possible charity ban violation in Stepanavan

According to the Akanates observation mission, ahead of the October 25 local elections, Stepanavan community head Armen Grigoryan (Gortsarar) and Lori Berd community head Arayik Nersisyan (Civil Contract) gave flowers and refreshments to teachers on the occasion of Teachers' Day. The mission considered this a possible violation of the ban on charity and called on the Prosecutor General's Office to assess the cases.
