The Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights has stated that there is no need to obtain a developer's consent or pay the developer to connect an apartment in a new building to gas. According to the commission, proceedings have been launched based on residents' complaints that developers demand additional payment. The Public Services Regulatory Commission clarified the existing procedure in its decision of October 14.
