According to Ukrainian presidential adviser Serhiy Beskrestnov, on the night of October 14 SpaceX, without warning, restricted military Starlink terminals from operating when moving faster than about 160 km/h, disrupting a number of missions. Former defense minister adviser Serhiy Sternenko said the threshold was later lowered to 60–70 km/h and suggested the move was made at the request of the Trump administration.
