The Court of Appeal has rejected the appeal against the detention of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, lawyer Aram Orbelyan said at a press conference. According to him, the court did not thoroughly address the grounds for detention and gave general, formal wording. Kocharyan has been in custody since late August and is charged with abuse of office, money laundering on an especially large scale and accepting bribes.
