Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that an exchange of enclaves and exclaves with Azerbaijan is one of the possible options. According to him, if any part of Armenia's recognized territory were transferred to another state, the issue would have to be put to a nationwide referendum. Mirzoyan also mentioned other options, including an exchange of equivalent territories along the border. He spoke at a joint press briefing with OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ignazio Cassis.
