After meeting OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ignazio Cassis, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan said the border with Turkey could open before the candidacy of a new special envoy is agreed. According to him, the sides are in contact almost every day, and full normalization is possible any day. As examples, he cited the repair of the Ani bridge, the working group on the Gyumri-Kars railway and a business forum planned in Armenia.
