Araghchi criticizes Macron amid unrest in France
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on X that French President Emmanuel Macron created his own situation by assuring the US president that he welcomed actions against Iranians. According to Araghchi, it is too late to blame the war that the likes of Macron helped spark, while the French are demanding radical changes, including freedom of assembly. More than 2,000 people have been arrested during the unrest in France.
