In a ruling of October 7, the Administrative Court granted the Prosecutor General's Office's lawsuit and declared unlawful the 1999 registration of ownership rights of the NGO Hayastan Sports Union over a 1,614.1 sq m sports complex at 18 Tsakhi Street in Yerevan. In the court's assessment, the 1991 decision that served as the basis for the registration was insufficient to certify ownership rights. According to the prosecutor's office, measures will be taken to return the property to the state.
