Court annuls sale of former Odzun kindergarten

On October 6, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the Prosecutor General's Office's claim and annulled the 2017 sale and purchase agreement for the building and land plot of the former kindergarten in Odzun. The registration of an individual's ownership right to the property was also declared invalid. According to the prosecutor's office, the property, with a cadastral value of 1 million 888 thousand drams, will be returned to the Alaverdi community.
