Rubio: Ukraine would not exist without US assistance

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters in India that without US assistance Ukraine would not exist today as a sovereign state. He was responding to a report by The Wall Street Journal, according to which Elon Musk was involved in restricting Starshield satellite communications in Ukraine. According to Rubio, the Trump administration did not authorize such restrictions.
