According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the newborn found under metal sheets on Halabyan Street on 10 August has not yet been adopted and is in one of the ministry's care centers. The identities of the child's parents and relatives have not been established. According to the Interior Ministry, operational and investigative measures in this direction are continuing. The prematurely born child has been given the name Sose.
