Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking in the National Assembly during the debate on the draft 2027 state budget, said that if the parliamentary opposition halts the process of adopting a new Constitution, it will mean that it opposes a final peace with Azerbaijan. According to him, public pressure will then be generated against the opposition, and the ruling majority should lead it if such a public mood exists.
