Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking at the preliminary discussion of the 2027 state budget in the National Assembly, said the draft of the new Constitution will be published in November, although he had previously spoken of a year-end deadline. Pashinyan said his optimism about the adoption of a new Constitution is growing and that domestic agendas are not discussed on external platforms.
