Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking in the National Assembly during the preliminary discussion of the draft 2027 state budget, said there is no resource inside Armenia to carry out the "secret plan" announced by opposition figures. According to him, the plan has support in certain circles of the EAEU and Russia, and people have been sent to Armenia with specific promises. Pashinyan said the opposition's activity under the patronage of guarantors will end in political disaster, but the opposition still has time.
