Dili Town complex in Dilijan operates on a 96-owner model

The Dili Town complex in Dilijan has hotel rooms, townhouses, a restaurant, a spa centre and other facilities. Each of them has its own owner, while management is carried out by the complex's team. According to founder Bakur Melkonyan, the complex has 96 partners, and the founders themselves own only the spa centre, the restaurant and the gyms. He said the project has been financed by Acba Bank from its initial stage.
