Yerevan's Court of General Jurisdiction of First Instance has ruled that blogger Roman Baghdasaryan must retract the information he spread about Strong Armenia party leader Samvel Karapetyan and apologise. The retraction must be posted on his Facebook page or published in print media with a circulation of at least 5,000 copies. The blogger had claimed that Karapetyan "looted the state budget." According to reports, this is the third of five lawsuits filed by Karapetyan to be upheld.
