Alexander Venediktov, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council, said that Europe is drawing Armenia into its orbit and intends to use Ukraine and Moldova to the end. According to him, NATO, by admitting Finland and Sweden, has expanded eastward contrary to the promises it made. The statement was made at a thematic session on national security concepts in Greater Eurasia.
