The Armavir Province Court of General Jurisdiction has terminated proceedings in the case brought by Arman Saroyan, the former Bishop Gevorg. Saroyan sought to invalidate Garegin II's order dismissing him as primate of the Masyatsotn Diocese. The court found that the dispute is not subject to examination under civil procedure and that an employment relationship between Saroyan and the church has not been proven. The measures securing the claim were also lifted.
