Court allows Archbishop Arshak to receive treatment outside Vagharshapat

The Armavir Province Court of First Instance granted the motion of the defence lawyer for Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, chancellor of the Mother See, allowing him to receive treatment at certain medical facilities outside Vagharshapat. The court also allowed him not to attend hearings until his questioning. He has been charged with illegally selling a narcotic drug in 2018.
