Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on October 28 described Yerevan's reaction to the EAEU report as "hasty and aggressive". The report on the possible consequences of suspending the EAEU treaty was presented on October 20 by the other four EAEU countries, and Nikol Pashinyan called it an attempt to provoke destabilization. According to Zakharova, the instruction to prepare the report was given in May, and Yerevan's accusations were not followed by constructive proposals.
